Mirabilis has a proven track record. Although new properties naturally require a growth period to achieve target ADR and occupancy levels, we have successfully launched several buildings, each demonstrating strong performance and rapid growth. The performance of three different properties is illustrated in the graphs below.

As anticipated, the global pandemic caused a decline in both occupancy and ADR in 2020. However, all three properties showed a strong recovery from 2021. By 2024, occupancy had returned to approximately 75%, with ADR demonstrating consistent year-over-year growth. This success is attributed to effective revenue management and close monitoring of market trends and demand within the area and city.
